Education Blueprint
Educating a Generation of Builders
NBP
Overview
Every Gambian child deserves a school that prepares them for the world they will actually live in.
The Gambia's education system was built for a different era. The curriculum has not kept pace with the economy. Teachers are underpaid and under-supported. Too many students graduate without the skills employers are looking for, and too many don't graduate at all. The National Builders Party will change that, not with promises, but with a funded, structured transformation of the full education pipeline from early childhood through university.
Our Vision
A Gambian education system where every child, regardless of their region, gender, family income, or physical ability, has access to a quality education in a safe, modern, well-resourced environment. Where graduates are critical thinkers, digital natives, and patriotic citizens who are ready to compete globally and committed to building locally.

Think Big. Build Big.
The Gambia's future is built in its classrooms. NBP will make sure every classroom is ready.
A modern, funded, and accountable education system is not a luxury. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
The National Standard
Every Gambian child, wherever they live and whatever their family's income, attends a school that is safe, staffed by a qualified teacher who shows up and is paid fairly, stocked with the materials needed to learn, and connected to a curriculum that prepares them for the world they will actually live in. No child falls through the cracks because of geography, poverty, or gender. Every graduate leaves school with skills the economy values. Every teacher is treated as the professional they are. That is the standard. Under the National Builders Party, it will be built.
Think Big. Build Big.
